Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Open houses • Hunt for buyer leads • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Show a track record of real estate success • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 at plan
