Responsibilities: • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • A real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 commissions
