You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. Responsibilities: • Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Find acquisition properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Investment property lead generation • Investment property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Investment property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • A real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 commissions
