Responsibilities: • Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings • Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price • Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base • Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Follow the team plan • Be a team player • Ask questions • Set listing appointments • Close listing appointments • Lead follow up • Lead generation • Close Sales • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within daily driving distance to the office • Must have working rights in USA Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions
