You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live in Orange County • Must have working rights in the USA Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
