Responsibilities: Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Respond to all leads and potential homebuyers in a timely fashion to build a strong client base Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer’s agents • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Database campaigns Qualifications: Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Real estate license required Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 at plan
