Responsibilities: • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service • Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Present yourself in a professional manner • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan
