Responsibilities: • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Lead follow up • Team and individual sales and lead generation • Close sales • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Show a track record of real estate success • A real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
