Responsibilities: Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions Follow up on all leads and requests for information Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research Qualifications: Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired Compensation: $75,000 - $115,000
