Responsibilities: Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000
