Responsibilities: Achieve productivity, appointment setting and revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in the form of sales leads) in order to meet the needs of our customers Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Qualifications: Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Great phone presence with a closer mentality Enthusiastic with excellent people skills Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus • Real estate license is required Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000
