Responsibilities: • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales • Real estate sales • Lead generation • Lead follow up • Close appointments • Set appointments • Sales scripts mastery • CRM and database drip campaigns • Ongoing training Qualifications: • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Driven, motivated and desires professional growth • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Real estate license required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan
