    The Graphic Designer is responsible for assisting in the creation and execution of the digital visual identity. The Graphic Designer leads projects from conception through completion with the ability to delegate and manage all aspects thoroughly. This position requires an experienced problem solver and strong communicator who is highly motivated to see the impact and potential in given projects and for the Main Line McCann brand overall. The Designer will seek and contribute ways to innovate and evolve the digital experience in creating efficiencies throughout the creative process. The Graphic Designer must be kept current on cultural, design, and brand-appropriate trends and contribute to seasonal inspiration packs. The Graphic Designer will also develop and manage the organization's seasonal templates for emails, brand asset packs, and other frequently used graphics and art layers. Responsibilities: • Proficiently uses current graphic design software to produce graphic art and promotional materials for internal and external use, including print, multimedia, and digital/web/social media graphics • Must be able to multi-task, manage, and prioritize a high volume of projects, while meeting deadlines and budgets, and conforming to branding standards • Format and design marketing materials in collaboration with art directors and senior graphic designers for print (indoor and outdoor), multimedia, and web/digital/social media distribution • Understand design goals and meet the desired outcome • Responsible for independently managing multiple design projects concurrently, from assignment through completion • Shift priorities as required to meet project requirements and deadlines • Understand, adapt, and apply the branding standards to all design projects (including typography, color palette, photography, and other brand elements • Interface and collaborate with external vendors to facilitate printing and digital design files • Interacts with co-workers, clients, and other staff • Demonstrate independent decision-making and conceptual thinking • Organize and timely prepare archives of assets, tools, and source files per Creative Services’ protocols/procedures that promote collaborative resource sharing • Participate in client meetings with the Marketing team as needed • Collaborates with members of the internal Marketing team (Marketing, Creative Services, Communications, Public Affairs, Social Media, Web/Interactive Marketing), as well as clients Qualifications: • Knowledge of InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, Microsoft Office suite, Canva, email newsletter distribution services, Google Analytics, and social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter • Bachelor of fine arts degree in graphic/web design or related field required • Strong attention to detail and an excellent ability to communicate with high-level executives and government officials • Advanced knowledge in digital best practices, layout design, and typography • Detail-oriented and highly organized Compensation: $45,000
