Compensation: • Salary Range: $60,000- $65,0000 • Paid Time Off • Health and Dental Insurance Benefits Responsibilities: • Provide outstanding customer service to our agents, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed • Assist in compiling and processing documents and paperwork related to licensure, incoming agents, and recruitment packets • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our organization's evolving products and services, acting as a liaison between agents and company resources • Coordinate agent needs, including technical support and assistance with tools like DocuSign, email, printers, and network setup • Utilize social media and email to create awareness of office activities and engagement, informing agents of upcoming events and training sessions • Support in conducting new agent orientations and teaching in-house classes on various agent-related topics • Manage the online and printable training calendar for the Market Center, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date • Communicate effectively with leadership and embody the organization's culture to create a positive and productive work environment • Utilize Microsoft Office suite and G Suite tools proficiently to accomplish tasks and support team members Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor • Effective listening skills, with the ability to understand and address the needs of agents • Strong communication skills • Experience in providing training or mentoring is preferred • Professional demeanor • At least 2 years of related experience or professional experience Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000
