With the help of this individual running the operations side of the business, the Agents in the office are able focus on helping clients with their real estate needs. The ideal candidate is energized at the idea of helping people and is always willing to go above and beyond with a positive, team-focused attitude. The ideal candidate will possess a background in real estate and operations. The candidate should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy "to-do lists". The ideal candidate will work well with minimal supervision, gradually taking on more responsibility and leadership within the team. Responsibilities: These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: • Support the stakeholder as her right-hand person being her gatekeeper to clients, team members, and more. • Build, implement, and manage all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing. • Assists as needed in documenting the systems of other departments, including customer service, buyer, seller, lead generation, tracking, and expansion systems. • Is responsible for all financial systems, including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, assuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports. • Owns and executes all marketing and client events. • Creates and maintains an operations manual that documents all systems and standards. • Coordinates the purchase, installation, and maintenance of all office equipment. • Is responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative department members. Qualifications: • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. • Bookkeeping skills. • Great ability to focus. • Concerned about doing things the right way. • Calm under pressure. • Learning-based. • Service-based attitude. • Proven ability to succeed. • High school graduate. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Real estate license preferred. • 1–3 years of service and management experience. • 3–5 years of administrative experience. • A true implementor. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
