You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Real estate license is required. Responsibilities: Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business or a related field of study preferred 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000
