Responsibilities: Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Qualifications: Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Real estate license is required Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000
