The Director of First Impressions/Call Coordinator must understand that to run effectively and efficiently, a Market Center must serve our associates at a high level.

The Director of First Impressions/Call Coordinator (DFI) will be responsible for greeting all associates and their clients at reception as well as re-routing incoming calls.  The DFI also helps maintain the appearance of the Market Center common areas and ensure the office is neat and prepared for business, manages conference room schedules and supports management with staff and associate meetings and online trainings and webcasts.  The DFI will also participate with the leadership team to drive growth and productivity in the office as an executive assistant to our Team Leader.

You must have good computer, phone, social media, communication and organization skills, as well as knowledge of microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint.
