    We’re looking for a motivated real estate executive assistant to assist a group of Real Estate Agents and complete administrative tasks. One who is quick to take action in high-pressure situations, works well with strong personalities, and one who has a professional yet kind, aggressive approach to retrieving answers and completing tasks. Real estate experience is helpful but is not required. Responsibilities include liaising between the Agents and clientele, screening messages and notifying each agent of important information, and overseeing schedules and CRM database. You’ll also be responsible for preparing marketing materials for distribution, ordering office supplies, and completing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team. Responsibilities: • Manage schedules (includes scheduling, confirming and follow-up for appointments and meetings) • Manage emails (respond if needed on the behalf of the agents in Group) • Prepare Marketing Materials (printouts, PowerPoint, mailings, handwritten notes, etc.) • Manage and maintain database • Help manage and track various types of projects specific to each agent in Group  Qualifications: Prior experience in real estate is a bonus High school diploma or G.E.D. required • MUST have assistant experience • MUST work well in a fast pace and at times, a high-pressure environment. May be overwhelming for those who aren't familiar with this type of environment • Efficient in Google calendar, email, Drive, Microsoft Office, Social Media (YOU WILL BE TESTED) • Thrive under pressure Compensation: $20 - $25
