Responsibilities: Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings Qualifications: Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Has a real estate license Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information Compensation: $70,000
