Responsibilities: Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Qualifications: Has superb interpersonal and communication skills 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000
