You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home-buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer’s point of contact, and ensure they have a positive experience. Applicants should be enthusiastic, determined to earn upside commissions, and be driven to succeed. Responsibilities: • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Sales scripts mastery • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Real estate license required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
