Responsibilities: Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy • Lead follow up • Sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation Qualifications: Proven track of successful sales record Excellent communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations Competent in Microsoft Office programs and willingness to learn new programs and systems • Real estate license requried Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commission
