Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Follow the team plan • Set buyer appointments • Lead follow up • Execute consultations • BRE signed • Sales scripts mastery • Close sales • CRM and database mastery Qualifications: • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Real estate license required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan
