Responsibilities: Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts Question prospective clients on their needs, wants, and available finances to find properties that fit these needs Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts Complete property inspections and any required maintenance in accordance with our standards Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close the deal • Lead follow up • Sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation Qualifications: Proven track of successful sales record Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Real estate license requried Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
