You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Responsibilities: Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics • Contribute to real estate sales with the team Qualifications: 4-year college degree required Verbal and written communication skills are a must 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position Experience with posting jobs on most well-known job boards Superb time management and organizational skills • Real estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $105,000
