Responsibilities: Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry Must have a high school diploma, 4-year degree preferred Real estate license required Must have great communication and interpersonal skills Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000
