You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. Ideally, applicants are personable and can balance relationships with multiple candidates at one time. Real estate sales are part of this opportunity. Responsibilities: Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria Maintain clear records of all applicants, their interviews, and data from their application to streamline the candidate pipeline and keep applicant information private Post job openings to all major job boards in order to bring in a steady stream of strong applicants Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected • Lead follow up • Real Estate sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation Qualifications: Verbal and written communication skills are a must Strong organizational skills and time management skills • Real Estate license required • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 at plan
