Responsibilities: Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the home buying and selling process so that agents act quickly and efficiently Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Driven to succeed in sales and in life Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000
