Responsibilities: • Arrange for any required maintenance and periodically inspect properties to ensure our level of company standards are being upheld • Confirm rental application data and personal references to ensure accuracy • Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property • Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing • Lead follow up • Close sales • Seek out new lease agreements • Commercial lead generation • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Familiar with leasing regulations • Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel and Publisher • Past sales experience is preferred • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity Compensation: $80,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions
