Responsibilities: Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Present yourself in a professional manner Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision Can spend a large amount of time driving Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly Compensation: $70,000 - $110,000
