Responsibilities: Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Use our CRM to regularly follow-up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Lead generation • Database campaigns • Real estate sales Qualifications: Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Real estate license Compensation: $85,000 - $125,000 at plan commissions
