Responsibilities: Advertise available properties using a variety of media and promotional materials to help secure quick rentals of all properties Showcase properties and their amenities to potential tenants in order to help secure rental contracts Validate all personal references and rental application information Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations Process contracts with tenants and collect security deposits to ensure closing of the deal • Lead follow up • Sales • Database campaigns • Lead generation Qualifications: Familiar with leasing regulations A proven record of sales experience and success Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Real estate license requried Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan commission
