Executive Administrative Assistant/Business Development
Job Description
I am seeking an Administrative Assistant/Business Development specialist to help me achieve my goals for the coming new year. The responsibilities include many administrative duties (detailed paperwork, client service work) as well as business development tasks such as organizing/helping me set up Seminars, greeting attendees, as well as visitors to the Office, and setting appointments to HELP FILL MY CALENDAR.
The right Candidate needs to be very detail oriented, as well as a documented track record of excellence in getting things done correctly. Also, goal oriented, and wants to achieve financial success. Must have prior administrative experience, and is very talented in this area. In other words, they can get the job done correctly, which allows me to do what I do best (the best use of my time). A College Degree is a plus.
This is a Full Time Position (40 hours). Some over time for evening Seminars will be expected (2 evenings per month).
