RESPONSIBILITIES

• Compile, present, and explain insurance policy options that meet each potential customers needs
• Maximize upselling and cross-selling opportunities for financial products by treating each client contact as an opportunity to generate new and continued business
• Work side-by-side with your mentor to build the confidence and skills necessary to gain self sufficiency as an insurance agent.
• Achieve the predetermined business production objectives to further the agency's greater financial goals.

REQUIREMENTS

• One year minimum sales experience preferred
• Must successfully complete a background check
• Have a knack for connecting with others for building great rapport and relationships
• Strong leadership and communications skills are a must
• Job seekers must already have or be willing to get their state Property and Casualty as well as Life and Health insurance licenses
