__As the Salesforce CRM-A Analyst , you will play a pivotal role in translating complex data into visually compelling and easy-to-understand dashboards and reports. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, design Tableau solutions, and provide insights that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and objectives, and perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
2. Create interactive and intuitive Tableau dashboards and reports that enable end-users to make data-driven decisions.
3. Experience building Dashboards using CRMA (aka Tableau CRM and Einstein Analytics)
4. Troubleshoot functional, data, and performance issues with CRMA Dashboards
5. Design, build, and support datasets, data recipes, dataflows, and dashboards using Salesforce and non-Salesforce data sources
6. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Tableau, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
7. Apply best practices in data visualization to ensure that reports and dashboards are user-friendly and effective.
8. Identify and implement optimizations for Tableau workbooks and dashboards to enhance performance and responsiveness.
9. Provide training and support to end-users to help them effectively navigate and utilize Tableau dashboards.
10. Maintain documentation of Tableau reports, data sources, and ETL processes.
11. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
12. Stay up-to-date with Tableau advancements, industry trends, and best practices in BI and data visualization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent work experience.
2. 7 years of proven experience in data visualization and dashboard development using Salesforce CRM-A, Tableau Desktop and/or Tableau Server.
3. Tableau certification, such as Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Desktop Certified Associate, or similar, is preferred.
4. Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
5. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
7. Familiarity with data warehousing concepts is a plus.
8. Ability to obtain and maintain a pubic trust. The public trust requires U.S. Citizenship.
