Job Description
KYOCERA SENCO is a Nail and fastener manufacturer located in Cincinnati, OH. Our finance team is looking for a full-time credit analyst to join their team. Under the direct supervision of the Accounting and Financial Reporting Manager, the credit analyst would be responsible for maintaining proper control of credit extension and the collection of outstanding balances using established policies and procedures. This candidate would preferably have two to three years of experience in the industrial industry with a critical focus on credit extension and collection and have experience in a similar role. Pay $23.00 - $28.00 an hour, depending on experience.
Other responsibilities for this role include but not limited to:
- Investigating and developing adequate and proper information to analyze the amount of credit risk assumed, with a minimum of three supplier references.
- Initiate and coordinate the timely collection of accounts receivable, maintaining a follow-up according to established procedures.
* Collection priorities will be established weekly.
* Collection is to be done by letter series and/or phone calls.
- Act on behalf of the Credit department on activities concerning customer goodwill or involving potential customers.
Requirements:
- Must be able to deal and communicate effectively with all customers.
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office products (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office) and other miscellaneous I.T. systems such as JD Edwards ERP system.
