This is the busiest time of the year, and our office for labor union benefits is looking to add 4 new entry level Benefits Specialists to our team.

This career path will teach our newest team members how to properly interact and engage with the families we service while preparing those individuals for roles such as training new staff members, hiring office personnel, leading a team, and building a strong office culture.

YOU WILL HELP YOUR COMMUNITY BY:

• Supporting the needs of people in the community
• Managing relationships with new and existing customers
• Providing customer service and communication

• Reliable Transportation
• Strong Work Ethic
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Sales experience is a huge plus as well, as you will be consulting potential clients for insurance/benefits services. We will fully train on all aspects of the position.

Our reps average yearly income is between $50k-$85k based on commission, with an average of 35k increase per year after. We value work ethics, and a team player mentality, as we all work together to succeed. Our parent company is Globe Life.
