    Job Description:

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner for the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, a deep understanding of healthcare systems and regulations, and a proven track record of managing product development in an agile environment. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality healthcare solutions that meet market needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Product Vision and Strategy:

    • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and market needs.

    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the healthcare sector.

    2. Requirement Gathering and Prioritization:

    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, clients, and internal teams, to gather and document detailed product requirements.

    • Prioritize features and functionalities based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.

    3. Backlog Management:

    • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it is well-organized and transparent to all stakeholders.

    • Work with the development team to refine and elaborate backlog items for clarity and actionable detail.

    4. Agile Development:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.

    • Participate in all agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

    • Provide clear guidance and direction to the development team throughout the sprint cycle.

    5. User Stories and Acceptance Criteria:

    • Write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.

    • Ensure user stories are aligned with the overall product vision and goals.

    6. Stakeholder Communication:

    • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress, changes, and key decisions.

    • Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve the product.

    7. Product Launch and Post-Launch Support:

    • Coordinate product launches, including planning, execution, and communication.

    • Monitor product performance post-launch and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

    • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in the healthcare domain.

    • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, regulations, and industry standards.

    • Experience working in an agile development environment.

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner).

    • Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, electronic health records (EHR), and healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).

    • Experience with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
