Job Description

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

· Maintain a full cycle recruiting desk: source and prescreen candidates to submit to our clients for review, provide candidates with interview prepping, and negotiate offers

o Positions include contract, contract to hire, and direct hire placements

· Create and Implement sourcing strategies

· Maintain a pipeline of candidates for your assigned skillset area

· Upkeep the ATS (Bullhorn) with your candidate profiles, and job order notes

· Participate in special initiatives and meetings as needed

· Respond quickly and with urgency to new job orders, interview requests, or offer extensions

WHAT DO YOU HAVE:

Required:

· 1+ year experience in sourcing/recruiting in a fast paced environment

· Experience using 3rd party job boards and sourcing tools (LI Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter etc) with advanced level skills in BOOLEAN SOURCING

· Must have strong negotiation, interpersonal, and verbal/written skills

· Detail oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; proactive and goal oriented mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines

· MS Office skills including Word and Excel; G Suite skills including email, Google Docs and Sheets

***MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE RECRUITING FOR MANUFACTURING POSITIONS INCLUDING SUPERVISORS AND ENGINEERS; OR EXPERIENCE IN STAFFING FOR AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERING POSITIONS SUCH AS INTERIORS, EXTERIORS, DESIGN RELEASE, ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING, MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING, ETC. ***

· 1+ years’ experience in contract staffing industry

· Experience in a VMS/MSP recruiting environment

· Experience using an ATS to track recruiting activity (JobDiva preferred)
