Job Description
KA'ALA SYSTEMS TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION has an open position for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST to perform all functions associated with providing TIER II HELP DESK SUPPORT to end users supporting the United States Air Force 59th Medical Wing located at Wilford Hall in SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS.
Applicants must be experienced in providing support for the following processes and programs:
Network Account Management (DHA and AFNET)
Print Server Management.
Trusted Agent Security Manager (TASM)
Personal Computer (PC) software and hardware issues (including peripheral devices)
Military Health System Service Help Desk (MHSSHD) system based on the Service Now product
Applicants must have a current/valid SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE, IAT LEVEL II CERTIFICATION, and must be available to work in SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS. Salary is negotiable based on experience.
