About the role:

As an Enrollment Analyst with KabaFusion, your primary focus will be on the enrollment and upload of payor contracts into our system. This is a vital position as all our billing and reimbursement models are based on the rates and information that is initially built. This is an end-to-end ownership of those contracts as you will also update and maintain, audit and track changes, along with monitoring responses from those payors. If you have an eye for detail and are highly organized, this may be the position for you.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between managed care, licensing, intake, and reimbursement departments
• Assure that enrollment and initial setup of accounts is complaint with payor requirements
• Responsible for registering with payment portals or identify possible ERA/ERT options

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Extensive knowledge of insurance carrier procedures
• Knowledge of and an analytical understanding of EDI, ERA, EFT’s
• 2+ years of medical billing or rev cycle experience (payments & claims)
