Job Description

VISIO HYPE is currently looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Person to manage our salon's inventory and ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels, processing orders, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our beauty salon.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

* Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming shipments.
* Organize and maintain salon inventory in an efficient and systematic manner.
* Conduct regular stock checks to monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed.

2. Order Processing:

* Pick, pack, and ship orders to fulfill customer and salon demands.
* Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and documentation for outgoing shipments.
* Coordinate with couriers and shipping carriers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

3. Quality Control:

* Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies or damages.
* Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve issues related to product quality.

4. Organization and Cleanliness:

* Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards.
* Implement and maintain efficient warehouse layout for easy access to products.

5. Communication:

* Collaborate with salon management to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.
* Communicate effectively with other team members regarding inventory updates and needs.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
2. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
3. Ability to lift and carry heavy packages and operate warehouse equipment.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
5. Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Knowledge of beauty and wellness products (preferred but not required).
