Job Description

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing technology projects specifically related to ERP platforms and their cost, time and scope. Responsibilities include system development, project planning, communication planning, process development, system training, system testing, milestone setting and implementation.

• Seven or more years project management experience in I.T.
• ITIL or ITSM certification, PMP certification and MCSA certification preferred.
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent communications skills
• Business & IT strategy experience
• Customer-focused mindset and demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills to work effectively as a liaison between multiple teams including customers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of related software tools such as WMS software, EDI middleware, Ecommerce.
• Understanding of PCI Compliance and ISO/IEC 27001
• Deep technology understanding in MS SQL Database design and the MS SQL BI stack(SSIS, SSRS, SSAS) , development of Stored Procedures and Database Triggers and knowledge of Transact-SQL
• Working knowledge of enterprise reporting tools including MS SSRS, Power BI, Crystal Reports and experience in design, testing and deployment using those tools Proficient with general purpose programming languages including MS Visual Basic, MS C++ or C# and ASP.NET

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering or related field is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with ERP software application (Macola 10 and SAP Business One ERP highly preferred) and basics of various business modules including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Inventory Management, Purchase Orders, Items, Bills of Material and Production.
