JOB SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the overall coordination of management tasks that relate to the administration and management of Kai Ming Head Start. This person will serve as a liaison among departments and will provide support in data entry, record-keeping, meeting minutes taking, agenda for meetings, as well as board/PC packet preparation. The Administrative Assistant must be a professional, highly motivated individual with exceptional writing, communication and organizational skills; must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer (Microsoft Office) and time-management skills required.
REPORT TO: Administrative Assistant
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years of experience in Head Start field required
AA Degree in Business Administration or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Annual health exam and immunization Clearance
Criminal Background and Child Abuse Check Clearance
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination record is required
