We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized social media manager to join our team. In this position, you will develop and execute the social media marketing strategy to reach target goals from brand awareness, product sales and customer loyalty.

You MUST be able to create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms as well as act quickly and gracefully to resolve any customer complaints or criticisms posted on social media. The right candidate will also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, metrics, principles and tactics. You should have excellent organization and multitasking skills to handle all of our social media marking projects in a cohesive way. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee strategy and development of all social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook etc.), including publishing/ editorial calendars and influencer partnerships
• Social content strategist-development, developing “always on” programs to launch campaigns
• Lead social/ influencer content planning and development of assets across social platforms with a focus on storytelling, sensational content and video; collaborate closely with Creative and Brand Marketing to ensure alignment with brand /campaign look and feel
• Partner with cross-functional teams to standardize KPIs (e.g., EMV, social following, engagement, conversion etc.), and re-evaluate or audit for new metrics when needed; provide learnings to share insights
• Track and monitor KPIs in “real time” to adjust or pivot strategies, tactics and content development as needed; synthesize analytics to inspire new ideas
• Monitor any and all available competitive data to analyze competitors’ effectiveness, in order to stay ahead of the industry
• Serve as brand’s key social strategist and subject matter expert; stay relentlessly up-to-date on emerging and future trends, both within and outside of the industry, to identify or grow business opportunities
• Understand and advocate early adoption of relevant new platforms and technologies, consistently bringing them to the cross-functional team for brainstorming or execution to further business objectives

SKILLS

• Write, develop, and strategize online content production and scheduling
• Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
• Create and implement social media marketing plan and editorial calendar
• Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
• Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
• Build meaningful connections and encourage community members through dialog and messaging
• Maintain company social media pages and profiles, (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring we are telling social stories consistently across our channels and supporting the team on local content productions
• Copywriting, scheduling and publishing of Kailee P. social content as well as monitoring online conversations and participating in those conversations to build product visibility as well as support brand awareness and engagement.
• Track and analyze analytics report to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
