    Washington, DC - Kaimetrix is seeking a professional SharePoint Developer to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO)Work location is Washington, DC.

    The SharePoint Developer is responsible for analysis, design, and hands-on development and delivery of Microsoft SharePoint Online Solutions that meet our customer's requirements. Work in conjunction with other team members to develop the right solution for a given problem.

    SharePoint Developer Responsibilities

    • Application design, construction, and deployment of enterprise products and associated modules within an object-oriented centric architecture.
    • Architect and design both minor adjustments as well as major overhauls of product architecture.
    • Define strategy and technical approach for meeting project goals; which include performance, reliability, and scalability and security.
    • Supports and develops team members by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities

    Professional Qualifications/Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience as a SharePoint Developer
    • Hands on experience in SharePoint custom solution development using overall SharePoint versions 2016
    • Experience in Microsoft .NET and C# technologies along with JavaScript frameworks Angular and React
    • Working knowledge of JavaScript, JQuery, CSS3/SASS, HTML5 to further enhance functionality as well as the look and feel of SharePoint.
    • Knowledge of consuming Web Services using SOAP, REST, JSON
    • Experience with Entity Framework
    • Prior DHS experience is highly preferred
    • Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a DHS clearance
