    Remote – Kaimetrix, L.L.C. is seeking a professional Technical Recruiter to join our team for a 100% remote, full-time opportunity.

    The Technical Recruiter will source, screen, interview, hire, and retain qualified professional to meet business needs and IT projects. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for building a network of qualified candidates, evaluating skills in relation to the position requirements, and negotiating compensation. Responsibilities may include:

    • Source candidates through various resources (job boards, employee referrals, local career fairs, professional networking groups, etc.)
    • Post assigned positions to professional networking sites and/or job boards.
    • Share new job opportunities with your pipeline of candidates.
    • Maintain a presence on professional social media sites (LinkedIn, ClearanceJobs) keeping them updated with new opportunities and consistently adding new contacts.
    • Manage, filter, and develop a pipeline of candidates in advance to rapidly recruit and hire IT positions when they become available.
    • Fill active openings as well as work with the Kaimetrix proposal team in filling Key Personnel roles that may require a signed Letter of Intent (LOI).
    • Thoroughly prescreen candidates with resume review, phone interviews, in-person interviews, web-based interviews and reference verifications to ensure they meet the minimum job qualifications.
    • Schedule applicant activities and interviews with hiring managers, team members, or clients.
    • Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and hiring process; briefing them on interview tips, client information and job information.
    • Negotiate salary expectations and clearly communicate to the Hiring Managers expectations of the candidate.
    • Coordinate and extend job offer to candidates, and clearly communicate hires with HR and Payroll.
    • Develop an understanding of employment law, as it pertains to the pre-hire screening and recruiting.
    • Gain client and industry knowledge through onsite meetings and relationship building events.
    • Practice excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as exhibit attention to detail.
    • Practice on-going training in the recruiting industry.
    • Assist in developing interview processes and screenings procedures.
    • Maintain recruiting metrics on activity.

    Technical Recruiter Qualifications

    • At least 2 to 3 years of technical recruiting experience (e.g. Engineering, IT, Cyber Security) from either a staffing agency, corporate, or start-up environment
    • Federal Govt recruiting experience preferred
    • Past experience recruiting for cleared positions highly desired
    • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and projects
    • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be proficient in the use of Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe read/write
    • Prior experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
    • Proven ability to provide research, write, edit and produce recruiting documents and correspondence.
    • Demonstrated skills in sales, marketing, and cold calling
    • Must possess excellent communications skills and strong attention to detail
