ABOUT KAIROS Kairos Equities is a sales-driven financial service provider that specializes in helping business owners raise capital, fund projects, and eliminate payment processing fees. THE ROLE As part of our expansion, we are actively building out our Payment Processing division and seeking to hire dedicated, outbound entry level sales professionals who are passionate about developing their sales acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for making high volume outbound calls to potential customers, providing product information, and answering any questions they may have. Leads and a state-of-the-art auto-dialer are provided for you. This is a developmental role that will see you move from appointment setter to closer over the course of 8 - 16 weeks. The goal of this position is to build and grow your own book of business. When you're ready, you will have the option to transition to a commission-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential. Our Sales Development Program offers a masterclass in selling, providing a clear path to $75,000-$100,000 in earnings within the first year upon graduating.
