    Job Description

    Kaiser is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and execute a cohesive talent acquisition strategy for our Washington, DC and London, UK locations. The Talent Acquisition Manager works closely with senior leadership to develop and execute a recruiting program that positions Kaiser as an employer of choice and is ultimately responsible for identifying, attracting, and capturing the best talent across a variety of levels in a highly competitive industry.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead and manage full life-cycle recruitment for intern, junior, mid, and senior-level roles for Kaiser’s transatlantic business; create and post job descriptions, pre-screen resumes, schedule interviews, manage in-office Super Days, collect feedback, conduct background, and reference checks, extend and negotiate offers, and collaborate with onboarding to ensure a smooth hiring process

    • Assess organization’s hiring needs and collaborate with senior leadership to develop annual workforce planning strategy, including the creation of hiring targets, along with recommendations and ideas that contribute to long-term strategic staffing initiatives

    • Develop creative and diverse sourcing plans to proactively connect with passive candidates; build and maintain a pipeline of top talent through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, campus recruiting, and other professional networks

    • Develop annual campus recruiting strategy for undergraduate and MBA candidates, including determining and cultivating relationships with 10 target schools; plan and execute engaging campus and virtual events; create supporting marketing materials to share Kaiser’s value proposition, and build pipelines of potential talent to engage for future opportunities

    • Establish collaborative, customer-focused relationships with hiring managers to creatively and efficiently fill open positions with top talent; conduct regular follow-ups to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, and implement process improvements for hard-to-fill roles

    • Provide recommendations and best practices to improve interviewing and recruiting efficiency

    • Develop intern program content for North America and Europe, including scheduling professional development events and mentorship pairings to ensure an engaging experience and support acceptance of return offers

    • Responsible for upkeep, compliance, and validity of all assessment methods including behavioral and case interviews

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage applicant tracking system (JazzHR); including the creation of job postings, interview support, referral program, candidate travel and expense reimbursement, and any other logistical details of the interview process

    • Create and distribute recruiting activity reports to senior leadership on a monthly basis to evaluate progress made toward hiring targets

    • Track, update, and analyze recruitment metrics to measure success and improve the effectiveness of the recruiting process

    • Develop and manage the annual recruiting budget in conjunction with F&A

    • Support other talent-related firm initiatives (e.g., culture survey, compensation benchmarking, etc.) as appropriate

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or human resources-related discipline

    • 4 years of full life cycle recruiting experience with at least 1-year managing recruiting strategy for entry-level and experienced hires

    • 1-2 years of experience in the executive search or staffing industry is a plus

    • Exposure to recruiting in a consulting or professional services environment

    • Advanced knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing techniques

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with limited supervision

    • Ability to effectively manage input and needs of multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously

    • Ability to build trust by presenting an informed opinion on recruiting and talent-related topics in a professional services context

    • Ability to build networks both internally and externally to support recruiting initiatives

    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills; including ability to manipulate and present recruiting-related data in Excel and PowerPoint

    • Advanced understanding of Applicant Tracking System setup and management; experience with JazzHR and Handshake is a plus
